We met whilst working with a multi-billion dollar development fund in Sydney, Australia. Gavin focused on commercial feasibility and planning, Richard led the innovation and design teams, and Paul specialised in construction and delivery. We quickly discovered that our individual fields of expertise complemented each other’s in surprising and symbiotic ways.

This inspired us to cultivate our own practice, one that would effectively intersect our expertise with our respective passions for property development. We believe in partnering with like-minded owners and investors to create wealth. This is the focus that sets us apart.
